Question : How do I get a coupon ?
Answer : We offer discounted coupons to our customers via post. You may qualify for one if you took part in a competition, made a significant purchase or benefited from the services from our partners. You can also keep an eye out for coupons in popular teacher magazines or as a joining gift with an educational establishment.
Question : I have not received my order. What can I do?
Answer : Contact us straight away. We updated our customers as soon as an order has been dispatched and give an approximate delivery time.
Question : I have questions about details of a product.
Answer : Thank you for expressing interest in our products. You can find details of our products in the product description area of the website. Alternatively, we upload assembly videos onto our YouTube channel.
Question : What is the delivery charge?
Answer : We delivery free of charge to UK based establishments. However, there is a cost attached to international deliveries. We recommend you contact our sales team before purchasing an order as shipping fees vary frequently. We would be able to give you a precise quote for delivery.
Question : How can i pay?
Answer : You can purchase our items via Bank transfers, Cheques or Paypal. Using PayPal, you can pay using you debit/credit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still use their service without signing in.
If you’re a school then we recommend you add the items to your basket and checkout by registering with us then select the correct payment option. You will receive an invoice to the email address you’ve registered with us. You can produce that invoice to your finance team who will take it from there. Note: We will always give you a courtesy call to verity your order so remember to register using the correct details.
